We accept POC
Site ID 1720009800
POC is Delaware’s child care subsidy for eligible families who are working or in school, managed by the Division of Social Services. Share our Site ID with your caseworker to speed up authorization.
No registration fee for POC families. When the fee step appears after your enrollment packet, you can skip it or simply close the page.
How to Apply for POC
- Apply through Delaware Health and Social Services
- Once approved, give your caseworker our Site ID: 1720009800
- Our office helps you understand your authorization and any co-pay
- Complete your Brightwheel enrollment packet (under 20 minutes)
Discounts & Savings
10% Sibling Discount
Enrolling more than one child? Save 10% on tuition for each additional child enrolled full-time at the same time. Applies to the lower weekly rate; for POC families it applies to the portion you pay. Can’t be combined with other discounts.
50% Staff Discount
Full-time Twinkle Little Stars team members receive 50% off tuition for their children. See Careers.
Meals Included
Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are included through CACFP, so there are no lunches to pack and no extra food costs.
Child Care Tax Credits
Child care costs may qualify for the federal Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit, and Delaware offers its own state credit. Please check with a tax professional.
Dependent Care FSA
Many employers offer a Dependent Care FSA to pay for child care with pre-tax dollars. Starting in 2026, households can set aside up to $7,500 per year.
Employer Benefits
Some employers also offer direct child care assistance. Ask your HR department what’s available to you.
