In our infant & pre-toddler program, your little one can channel his or her seemingly boundless energy and curiosity into fun activities in a safe, stimulating environment.

Toddlers

Our early learning curriculum is designed for curious minds and active little people. We understand that during this time of peak early development, two- and three-year-olds need secure environments and stimulating experiences.

What ages of children do you accept?

Twinkle Little Stars provides a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children 12 weeks to 12 years of age.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. We provide full-day care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers. We also provide before-and-after-school care for children who are enrolled in Kindergarten through 12 years of age.

Do you provide part-time or drop-in care?

Yes! Twinkle Little Stars’s part-time/hourly programs are designed to introduce children 12 months (walking) to 6 years to their peers while engaging in fun curriculum-based activities in a structured environment.

Do you provide meals and snacks?

Yes! We serve hot meals and nutritious snacks. Our Center is partnered with Wilmington Parks & Recreations, following the Department of Education guidelines, and proper portions for young children. Weekly menus are posted on the parent board of each classroom.

How long does it take to enroll my child(ren) at the center?

The registration process usually takes between one to two hours. There are many forms required for the registration of your child(ren). We like to answer as many questions as possible during your enrollment and provide information on our safety procedures and other important items which are applicable at the time of registration.

Do you accept POC Subsidies?

Yes! We are committed to making quality child care accessible to everyone.
