Your Path to Enrollment
Visit Us
Schedule a tour to see our classrooms, meet our teachers, and confirm availability for your child’s age group.
Register Online
Create your Brightwheel account and complete the enrollment packet online. It takes less than 20 minutes.
Secure Your Spot
After you submit your packet, the registration fee appears to reserve your spot. POC families: your fee is waived, so you can skip that step or simply close the page.
Pick a Start Date
We’ll set a start date with you and your child’s teacher, and help make the first day a happy one.
What to Have Ready
Gathering these ahead of time makes registration quick and easy. Our office is happy to walk through any of it with you.
Information
- Emergency contacts & authorized pickups (names and phone numbers)
- Primary care physician’s name and contact information
- Health insurance details
- Preferred payment method (credit card or bank account)
Documents
- Current physical exam form
- Up-to-date immunization records
- List of any medications or allergies
- IEP / 504 Plan / Allergy Action Plan, if applicable
