Twinkle Little Stars is licensed to care for children from infancy through school age. At this time, we are enrolling children 12 months through preschool age. Please contact us about before- and after-school care availability for school-age children.

The online enrollment packet in Brightwheel takes less than 20 minutes to complete. Having your child’s emergency contacts, doctor information, health insurance, and physical and immunization records handy makes it even quicker. See how to enroll.

Enrollment is online through Brightwheel. Have these ready: emergency contacts and authorized pick-ups, your child’s doctor’s contact information, health insurance details, a current physical exam form, up-to-date immunization records, a list of any medications or allergies, and an IEP, 504 Plan, or Allergy Action Plan if applicable. Yes! Twinkle Little Stars part-time/hourly programs are designed to introduce children 12 months (walking) to 6 years to their peers while engaging in fun curriculum-based activities in a structured environment.

We’re currently open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Starting January 2027, we’ll open at 6:30 a.m. We provide full-day care for young toddlers (12 months and up), toddlers, and preschoolers. Please ask us about current before- and after-school care availability.

Yes! Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are included in tuition. Twinkle Little Stars participates in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), and our meals follow CACFP nutrition standards with portions sized for young children. Weekly menus are posted and shared with families in advance. Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary needs at enrollment.

During your registration process, we do an interview with you to learn the techniques you use at home to soothe your child. Whenever possible, we use the same techniques that work for your child at home.

Yes! A member of our  team will be supervising your child at all times – even during quiet or nap time. Twinkle Little Stars also adheres to  Safe Sleep guidelines and has implemented other policies for older children to have the safest possible environment while in our care.

We want your child to be healthy while at Twinkle Little Stars Early Education Center. To ensure he/she stays healthy, we require that children do not attend school until they are fever-free for 24-hours – this helps keep your child and their classmates healthy.

Our facility is cleaned everyday using a safe disinfectant, including all toys and equipment, classrooms, bathrooms, and offices.

Yes! We are committed to making quality child care accessible to everyone. If you are committed to enrolling with Twinkle Little Stars, you can provide our site-id to your assigned assistant in order to expedite your authorization. Our Site ID is 1720009800. Tuition rates vary by your child’s age and schedule. Please contact our office or schedule a tour for current rates. We accept Delaware Purchase of Care and offer a 10% sibling discount. See our Tuition & Support page for all the ways to lower the cost of care.
